Dominium Completes Eight Sales Transactions

The apartment owner has had a successful spring amidst the pandemic

with the sale of $105,000,000 in assets

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that since March 1, 2020, it has sold eight properties. The properties, whose sales amount to roughly $105,000,000, include 960 units across six states.

  • Summit On Second in Waseca, Minnesota
  • Wyndham Senior Villas in Marshfield, Wisconsin
  • Meetinghouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Aventura in Orlando, Florida
  • Village Woods in Milan, Illinois
  • Bellancia in Orlando, Florida
  • Armstrong Farm in Jeffersonville, Indiana
  • Willamette Gardens in Eugene, Oregon
