Dominium Promotes Nicki Guadalupe to Vice President of Property Management

Dominium, a leading apartment owner, developer and manager announced today that is has promoted Nicki Guadalupe to Vice President of Property Management. Guadalupe joined Dominium in November of 2018, bringing with her 20 years of experience in Multifamily Property Management. In her new role, based in Houston and Dallas, she will manage Dominium’s 41 Texas properties, as well as other properties that Dominium adds to its portfolio in the state.

“Nicki has distinguished herself with her performance and drive, her team building and talent supervision, and her ability to handle renovations, new constructions, existing communities and sales,” said Partner and Senior Vice President of Property Management Jack Sipes. “I am excited for Nicki’s new opportunity and look forward to years of outstanding contribution.”

Guadalupe—originally from Houston—is a Certified Apartment Manager, a Housing Credit Certified Professional, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and a Certified Occupancy Specialist. She is also a part of the Houston Apartment Association Property Judging Committee and the ACES Association. She also obtained a Certification in Real Estate Property Management from LSC-North Harris Community College. Recently, Guadalupe received her Texas Real Estate License and is in the process of completing a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
