The housing developer recently closed on the 116-unit development formerly known as Swiss Ridge and Swiss View.

Dominium, leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager, announced today the closing of Swiss View located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The new acquisition consists of Swiss Ridge, an 84-unit apartment complex constructed in 2004 with 4% tax credits, and Swiss View, a 32-unit apartment complex constructed in 2007 with 9% tax credits. The two properties will be rebranded as one 116-unit property, Swiss View.

Community amenities at Swiss View include a swimming pool, picnic and grilling areas throughout and a soon-to-be updated community clubhouse; in-home amenities include updated kitchen cabinetry, brand-new kitchen appliances, luxury vinyl wood-plank flooring and more.

“Dominium is excited about the opportunity to provide 116 apartments of affordable housing to the working communities,” said Ryan Lunderby, Vice President and Project Partner at Dominium. “Nashville is an area where there is ample demand for affordable housing, and we look forward to filling that need.”

The acquisition of Swiss View will be added to Dominium’s portfolio of apartment communities in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. These properties were qualified-contact eligible, however Dominium’s commitment to affordable housing will ensure that it is income restricted for the next 15 years.
