Dominium Announces the Hiring of Two Female Executive Leaders

Respected Industry Expert Kelly Johnson to Serve as Vice President of Marketing; Multi-Talented Business Leader Jennifer Moulton Becomes Vice President of Architecture

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced today the hiring of two highly respected female leaders to executive positions with the company.

Kelly Johnson has accepted the role of Vice President of Marketing. In this role Kelly will be responsible for all aspects of Dominium’s marketing and branding strategy, including traditional and online advertising, leasing and sales training and resident retention programs.

Prior to joining Dominium, Kelly was Vice President of Marketing for MC Companies, and VP of Operations at Hills Property Management. She has also worked as a national marketing director at Berkshire Realty, regional property manager at CWS Capital Partners and Village Green Co's regional marketing director.

“I am excited to add an executive of Kelly’s caliber to our team,” said Jack Sipes, Dominium’s Chief Property Management Officer. “Kelly has a multifaceted background to ensure our apartment marketing and operations fully integrate for the best possible results. Her leadership of the Dominium marketing department will enhance our focus on all things digital and electronic in the marketing landscape. She will be a great addition to Dominium."

In addition, Jennifer Moulton has been named Vice President of Architecture. Jennifer will be responsible for Dominium’s strategic technical direction and architectural integrity while also coordinating the design of properties, designing for the Dominium portfolio and leading the architecture support staff.

Jennifer most recently held the role of Vice President of Architecture at the international design firm, Harrison. Prior to that, Jennifer held roles such as Market Leader, Director of Architecture and Development, and Manager of Design at companies such as CR Architecture and Design, Fogo de Chao and CEC Entertainment, respectively. She also co-owned the Moulton Hurst Group from 2005 through 2012.
