Dominium Announces Appointment of Todd Urness as General Counsel

Veteran Winthrop and Weinstine Attorney and Affordable Housing Expert has been Trusted Strategic Advisor

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced today that Todd Urness, Shareholder and Attorney at Winthrop and Weinstine, has been named General Counsel for Dominium.

Todd is one of the nation’s foremost tax credit financing and syndication attorneys and has advised Dominium for years on complex development and finance-related issues and, most importantly, overall business strategy. He has specific and substantial expertise in multifamily housing development and financing.

Todd will also maintain his role as a Shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the law firm of Winthrop & Weinstine. He has been named to the Best Lawyers in America© list for both Tax Law and Real Estate Law, as well as the Minnesota Super Lawyers© list. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
