Super sized: Dominium plans 125 rental units for Lehman Center: TC Daily Planet

February 23, 2011 - Minneapolis Public Schools, the current owner of the Lehman Center, an education facility in Minneapolis, have plans to sell the building to Dominium. Dominium was recommended by the MPS board as a finalist of ten proposals with their plan to create a 125-unit apartment complex. The building also has potential to qualify for federal and state historic tax credits.

Armand Brachman, Dominium co-partner, explains that "These are not condos...this (rental housing) is the only thing that makes sense with this property."
