The developer completed a $8 Million rehabilitation of the Melbourne, Florida property

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand re-opening of Crane Creek, a 127-unit mixed-income senior housing development in Melbourne, Fla. The property underwent a $8 Million renovation and has updated interior and exterior amenities.

Crane Creek offers reimagined one and two-bedroom apartments. Units were upgraded with new HVAC integration and two new trash rooms with trash chutes were added on site.

Crane Creek has enhanced amenity spaces, including a new fitness center and redone card, craft, and gathering spaces. Substantial upgrades have been made to the enclosed pool area, along with electronic deadbolts, and a new pergola and grilling area.

“Crane Creek is now a state-of-the-art affordable housing community that residents will be proud to call home,” said Mark Sween, vice president and project partner at Dominium. “This is a much-needed addition of affordable housing to the Melbourne community.”

Crane Creek is near several dining and entertainment options.
