Ashlynn Ridge, located off of Newnan Crossing Bypass in Newnan, Georgia is a $45 million development that will provide 202 units of high-quality affordable senior housing and expand Dominium's growing portfolio in Georgia!

The financing includes a Freddie Mac Forward TEL serviced by Berkadia and a tax-exempt construction loan + taxable equity bridge loan serviced by Synovus. The project received an allocation of 4% federal and state affordable housing tax credits from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA), purchased by Synovus and Monarch Private Capital. Tax-Exempt Bonds for the project were issued by the Housing Authority of the City of Newnan, Georgia.

Our development partners include the City of Newnan, WD Construction, Martin Riley Associates, Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, the Beverly J Searles Foundation, Winthrop & Weinstine.
