Nancy Sheehan is a Project Manager for Dominium. Sheehan is responsible for Self Perform projects, Major Task and follow up on insurance claims. She joined Dominium in July of 2017.

Sheehan has 25+ years of experience in the building field. She has worked in new construction and remodel of residential homes and apartments. In past years, Sheehan has worked for small and large contractors, a lumber yard and a plumbing/heating company. In these companies, she has been a project manager, warranty manager and customer service manager, sometimes as all three.

Experience she brings to Dominium are management of staff and trades, budgeting, scope and policy writing, warranty management and heavy customer service background.

For the past few years, she has worked as a consultant for Dominium on 100% walks for new purchases and refinance of held properties.

Sheehan holds a bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University.
