Matthew Hontz

Matthew Hontz is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Hontz is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions ad developments, and supporting projects through construction. He joined Dominium in June 2026.

Previously, Hontz interned at Dominium as a Development and Acquisitions Intern, as a Development Intern at Landmark Properties, Land Acquisition Intern at Pulte Homes and a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University. In addition, he is professionally affiliated with Toastmasters International.
