JT Marting

JT Marting is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Marting is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and supporting projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in February 2025.  

Before joining Dominium, Marting was a Capital Markets Intern at JLL. Marting holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at Florida State University. In addition, he is professionally affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and The Real Estate Council.
