Jaylen Davis

Jaylen Davis is a Government Relations Associate for Dominium. Davis is responsible for overseeing Dominium’s government relations efforts across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. He monitors legislative, regulatory and policy issues affecting affordable housing, manages relationships with government officials, agencies and community stakeholders, and collaborates with internal teams to advance development projects, legislative priorities, public funding initiatives and government affairs strategies. He joined Dominium in July 2026. 

Prior to joining Dominium, Davis worked as a Government Partnerships Manager and City Operations Manager at Bird. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, where he is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). In addition, he is professionally associated with the National Association of County Community and Economic Development (NACCED), Public Affairs Council and Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
