Gear Shephard

Gear Shepard is a Construction Manager for Dominium. Shepard is responsible for leading construction management activities for multifamily capital improvement, renovation and rehabilitation projects. He provides project management leadership across multiple projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, contractor performance, quality control and regulatory compliance while ensuring projects are completed safely, on or ahead of schedule, on or under budget and with clear communication among internal and external stakeholders. He joined Dominium in July 2026.

Previously, Shepard worked as a Construction Operations Manager at Tricon Residential and as a Regional Maintenance Manager at Dominium.
