Dallis Reed

Dallis Reed is a Construction Project Engineer at Dominium. Reed is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, she serves as a liaison between the project manager, subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel.

She joined Dominium in April 2025.

Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Management & Applied Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
