Carlos Liz is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Liz is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and supporting projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in October 2024. 

Previously, Liz was a Real Estate Capital Intern at KeyBank. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona. In addition, he is a University of Arizona Eller Centurion.
