Adam Bekx

Adam Bekx  is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Bekx is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and supporting projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June 2025. 

Before joining Dominium, he was an Investment Analyst Intern at Costal Ridge Real Estate and a Rotational Analyst Intern at Sagard Real Estate. Bekx holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  

During his time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he helped manage WREAA Fund II and the Isthmus Fund, where students invested over $6 million in REITs and LP real estate investments.
