Dominiuim to Turn Pillsbury Flour Mill Into Artist Colony

Dominium's historic Pillsbury project was featured in the Wall Street Journal.

A flour mill that played a significant role in the growth of Minneapolis during the industrial revolution is set to be converted into an artist community under a development plan that recently obtained financing.

Built in 1881, the Pillsbury A-Mill on the Mississippi River used to be the world's largest flour mill. But it fell into disrepair after it was closed in 2003. In 2011, it was added to a list of endangered places by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
