More apartments on board in South Minneapolis: Finance and Commerce
May 31, 2011 - Three apartments along with several proposals are on the table for South Minneapolis, which will include the rehabilitation of the Lehman Building which is to be turned into a 117 unit affordable apartment building. Dominium is planning the $30 million conversion of this historic building currently owned by the Minneapolis Public Schools, located near Cowboy Slims in Uptown.
