Jen Densmore Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources
Three-year company veteran to oversee all aspects of Dominium's HR team and functions
Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer, owner and manager announced today that Jen Densmore has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.
In her previous role as Director of Talent Acquisition, Densmore played a key role in driving the growth and development of Dominium’s Talent Acquisition team, optimizing recruitment processes and supporting the company’s ongoing nationwide expansion.
“Jen is a proven leader with a deep background in Human Resources strategy and execution,” said Chris Lahna, Dominium President of Property Management. “She completely elevated our talent acquisition strategy in her first few years at Dominium, and I look forward to her bringing that same level of transformational leadership to our broader Human Resources function.”
Densmore joined Dominium with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to joining the company, she spent over 15 years as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Blattner Company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from St. Cloud State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
