Dominium Hires Jim Felton as Senior Project Manager

Dominium announced today that it has hired Jim Felton as Senior Project Manager at its home office in Plymouth, Minn.

In his new role, Felton will work with the Construction and Architectural Services. He will oversee new construction projects, provide consulting for construction and design, and manage construction costs.

Previous positions Felton has held include Assistant Vice President of U.S. Bank where he was involved with U.S. Bank Corporate Real Estate Group. He managed Capital Expenditures for new branches and internal office space. Felton also was the Senior Project Manager at Ryan Companies. There, he was managing design/build projects in multiple states. He was also responsible for estimating and managing design and construction groups for projects ranging from retail centers to distribution facilities.

Felton has a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He also has a certificate is Architectural Drafting and Estimating at Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minneapolis.

Felton is originally from Austin, Minn., currently lives in Fridley, Minn. He enjoys spending time with his family and doing remodeling projects for family and friends, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, camping, backpacking and canoeing.
