Dominium Embarks on Transformational Historic Rehab Projects: Real Estate Matters
12/9/2011 - Dominium is expanding its holdings with three major development projects in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area. The details of said projects were brought to light Tuesday during a presentation at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minn. given by Dominium Vice President of Development and Project Partner, Mark Moorhouse.
During the presentation, Moorhouse outlined the elaborate details of the Schmidt Brewery, Pillsbury A. Mill and Buzza building projects, all Minnesota historical icons. Moorhouse explained that Dominium plans to maintain the historical integrity of each site.
“Once development is complete, affordable housing projects are very low risk,” Moorhouse explained. “Dominium’s strategy is to be patient and take a long-term view.”
