DEED Puts $5.8 Million into Redevelopment Cleanup Efforts
Petroleum and metals pollution remediation work at a former railroad yard at 2300 Territorial Road in St. Paul., which received the second-biggest award at $763,327. The 3.37-acre site is being developed by the Plymouth office of Dominium into a 150-unit apartment building that will lease 80 percent of its units as affordable housing.
