Dominium Promotes Lisa Barkelar to Senior Regional Manager
June 6, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced that it has promoted Lisa Barkelar to senior regional manager at its regional office in Oshkosh, Wis. In this role, Lisa will oversee housing operations at 37 properties in Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas, Illinois and Iowa. She will also supervise multiple regional managers to identify and solve operational issues.
With over 32 years of experience in the industry, Lisa is an important asset to the management team. Previously, she was a regional manager for several properties in various Dominium portfolios.
Lisa is certified as a property manager (CPM) and holds an associate degree in real estate, a brokers license and HCCP and COS certifications. She currently resides in her hometown of Oshkosh, Wis.
