Dominium Hires Adam Brookins as a Construction Project Manager

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Adam Brookins as a Construction Project Manager in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in July of 2019.

In this role, Brookins will be responsible for leading construction management activities and providing project management leadership for multiple project so that project work is completed on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget. Additionally, he will ensure that all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives and timelines.

Coming to Dominium, Brookins brings 15+ years of experience as a general contractor, subcontractor, distributor and manufacturer to the Dominium Construction & Architectural Services team. He has broad experiences in hands-on construction as well as construction management within the industry. Previously, he was a Business Manager at Kasota Stone Fabricators. Prior to that, he was a Chief Operations Officer at Hoffman Weber Construction.

Brookins holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.

Brookins is originally from Golden Valley, MN and currently resides there as well.
