Dominium recognizes both the need for affordable housing and the beauty in preserving historic buildings. To address these challenges, we strive to renovate at least one historic building into affordable housing each year. Buzza Lofts in Uptown, Minneapolis is one of our properties that has been repurposed from its original use to create affordable housing.
