Mike Munson is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Mr. Munson is responsible for analyzing the feasibility of affordable housing acquisitions and development projects through financial modeling, underwriting and due diligence execution. He ensures the timely, efficiency and cost effective execution of these developments through project management, stakeholder communication and construction administration. He joined Dominium in May of 2017.

Previously, Mr. Munson was an intern at Dominium. He was also a Market Analyst Intern for Integra Realty Resources, a valuation and consulting firm in Minneapolis.

Mr. Munson holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
