Pheasant Ridge Apartments Sold to Minnesota Buyer
Patrick Ostrom, a senior development associate with Dominium, said major renovations to apartments are expected to begin in August or September. Ostrom said, though, that no residents will be displaced by the work and there is no planned demolition.
