Aug 1, 2011 - Once the world’s largest flour mill’s, the Pillsbury A. Mill has been placed the 2011 “most endangered places list.” Dominium and Doran Cos. both plan renovate pieces of the Pillsbury A. Mill complex. These renovations are expected to take place during first quarter of 2012.
Senior Development Associate Owen Metz explains, convert and adaptively-reuse” the A-Mill complex buildings to make way for 240 apartments. “The units will be loft style with high-end finishes and open layouts accommodating artist live-work studios,” he said.
