Dominium Hires Sheila Culp as a Compliance Tech
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Sheila Culp as a Compliance Technician. She joined Dominium in October of 2018.
In this new role, Culp will mainly be working with the various program types within Dominium’s portfolio. She will mainly be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of compliance for site operations, including quality control file review and approval. In addition, Culp will be responsible for monthly compliance processing functions such as billing residents and HUD, as well as investigating compliance issues that are submitted.
Culp is originally from Clifton, TX., and currently resides there as well.
