Dominium Hires Darron Bethea as a Regional Maintenance Manager
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Darron Bethea as a Regional Maintenance Manager. He joined Dominium in January of 2019.
In this new role, Bethea will be responsible for the overall compliance of the Maintenance Department/Safety Policies and Procedures at their assigned properties. Additionally, Bethea will audit property condition, preventative maintenance and maintenance policy adherence biannually.
Prior to Dominium, Bethea served as a Community Manager, District Maintenance Supervisor and a Maintenance Specialist for several years.
Bethea holds numerous qualifications for this position, including being a LEED Green Associate, Tax Credit Specialist, Accredited Residential Manager, UPCS Inspector, Certified Maintenance Technician and being EPA HVAC certified.
Bethea is originally from Washington, D.C., and currently resides in Houston, TX.
