Cottage Grove Senior Housing Project Opened to Others
Dominium’s 184-unit affordable apartment building planned near White Pine Senior Living was intended to only serve seniors, who city officials say lack affordable housing options.
Now the developer is changing the age criteria for some units in hopes of improving its chances to obtain funding for the project.
