Blaine Wants High-End Retail At Undeveloped Site
Dominium has a preliminary concept of a 195-unit senior apartment building on the west end of this 80-acre site. There would be a courtyard on the west end so residents could sit outside and gaze upon the natural wetlands. The new shopping centers, which could potentially include a new grocery store, would be a short walk to the east, according to the concept as presented by Nicholas Andersen, a developer for Dominium.
