Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment development and management company, announced today that it has acquired Riverstock Apartments, a 172-unit affordable housing community in Woodstock, Ga.

Dominium is planning to complete a renovation of the property, which will take place later this year.  Unit improvements will include kitchen cabinets improvements, new countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, bathroom vanities and mirrors, as well as new window blinds. Appliances and flooring will be replaced on an as-needed basis.  There will also be upgrades to the clubhouse and leasing office.

The exterior improvements include new 30-year roofs and paint as well as a variety of functional and aesthetic upgrades and replacements.
