Dominium owns property throughout the Midwest and Southeast and is looking to add to our portfolio throughout the entire country.  Dominium expects to add approximately 1,000 to 1,500 units per year.

Apartment Acquisitions:  Dominium is interested in multi-family rental apartment communities.  Our current acquisition criteria are detailed below:

• $2 million value or more
• 100 units or more
• Located in cities with populations of 100,000 or more or which are state capitals
• Projects with Section 8 HAP contacts are preferred

Partnership Interest Acquisition:  Dominium is interested in acquiring General Partnership and Limited Partnership interest in existing Section 42 and Section 8 developments.

Land Acquisition for New Construction: Dominium is interested in developing vacant land in the metro St. Paul/Minneapolis area and other locations near our existing portfolio. 

Unique Transaction:  We will consider other properties that do not meet the criteria listed above, especially if they are in a portfolio or located in an area where we have a presence. In addition, we are not dissuaded by story projects; in fact, we consider ourselves workout specialists and have turned many projects around.
