I joined the Dominium team in July of 2008. My property management career began while living in Florida. This is, without a doubt, the best property management company I've ever worked for. I've been in property management a little over 8 years, working at Section 42, combo, and market rate properties. At most companies, there is always the feeling that the home office is somehow "off limits" to the rest of us, but I've never felt that way with Dominium. I'm confident I can call for help whenever needed and have a friendly voice on the other end of the line.
My goal is to advance my career within Dominium and remain a part of this team until I decide to retire.
My name is Trisha Allex and I have been employed with Dominium for one year. I am a full time leasing consultant at South View Gables in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Prior to working with Dominium, I was fortunate enough to meet Regional Manager Sue Picotte who introduced me to Dominium. I was immediately drawn to a Dominium leasing role.
I can’t believe how fast the past year has gone by and how much I’ve learned since day one. Being a leasing consultant is far from mundane. Every day is something new and different. My job varies from leasing apartments, marketing outreach and attending resident parties to cleaning vacants, traffic areas and conducting inspections. The list goes on and that’s what I really like about my job. I’ve also had the opportunity to incorporate my artistic skills into my work which is exciting.
I value the support and teamwork from the office staff and maintenance team as a whole. I look forward to adding more value to the company by enhancing those skills and continuing to learn more about property management in the future.
