Patrick Ostrom

Staff Associate

As a Staff Associate, Patrick Ostrom is responsible for assisting with new project development, acquisition and financing. His daily responsibilities include working with the project partners analyzing new projects and negotiating with lenders and investors.  Mr. Ostrom is also responsible for contributing to the design and construction process, reviewing documents, working with attorneys and overseeing a portion of Dominium’s property portfolio. Since joining the company, Mr. Ostrom has predominantly worked with Dominium’s re-syndication portfolio, project acquisitions, project rehabilitation and financial analysis. 

Prior to joining Dominium, Mr. Ostrom worked in underwriting with Wells Fargo’s Home and Consumer Finance Group where he assisted in reviewing credit packages to ensure compliance and determine loan approvals.

Mr. Ostrom graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
