Mark Moorhouse

Senior Vice President and Partner

As Senior Vice President and Partner for Dominium, Mr. Moorhouse is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire Development Department.

Mr. Moorhouse is experienced in working with various federal, state and local housing programs. Since joining Dominium in 1996, Mr. Moorhouse has worked on portfolio acquisitions, new project development, and the acquisition of existing apartment projects. He is currently involved in all aspects of the development process including community and site identification, site control, municipal approvals, architectural programming, financing, construction management, marketing and management. Mr. Moorhouse has played an integral role in helping the company grow from managing 6,400 units in 1996 to over 20,000 units in 20 states.

Mr. Moorhouse received his undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University and since that time, Mr. Moorhouse has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Cloud State University.
