Korey Brierton

Assistant Portfolio Supervisor

As an Assistant Portfolio Supervisor, Korey Brierton assists in overseeing a portfolio of roughly 100 owned and managed properties in multiple states consisting of about 10,000  market rate, tax credit and project based section 8 apartment units. In this role, he oversees Dominium’s assets and works closely with ownership, development and management in achieving Dominium’s goals. Mr. Brierton also assists with new property takeovers, assessing the work that needs to be completed, due diligence and creates the interim budgets that immediately take place.

Mr. Brierton has been in the property management industry for over 15 years and joined Dominium in 1997. In that time he has worked in various different roles from accounting to on-site management.
