Senior Asset Manager
As Senior Asset Manager for Dominium's owned portfolio, this represents 170 multifamily assets in sixteen states. Ms. Kline and her team are responsibilities include: working closely with development and management on short term and long-term owner objectives, as well as reviewing and approving all annual budgets on behalf of the ownership. Other responsibilities include identifying operational issues and opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each market. The Asset Management department develops a long-term strategy for each property, and determines optimal positioning for an asset for a future sale, refinance or rehab/resyndication.
Prior to joining Dominium, Ms. Kline held the position of Regional Manager for ten years for two national firms with a portfolio ranging from 1200-1700 apartment homes including market rate, tax exempt bond, tax credit and subsidized properties. Ms. Kline’s responsibilities included supervision of site staff, preparation of Marketing and Business plans as well as submitting annual budgets to ownership and execution of capital expenditure projects. In addition, Ms. Kline had spent 10 years as an on-site manager at properties ranging from 168-740 apartment units.
Ms. Kline currently holds her Minnesota Real Estate License, attended Normandale Community College in Minneapolis and Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO with a focus on Business and Marketing. Ms. Kline is a Certified Occupancy Specialist for Section 8 (COS), Certified Occupancy Manager for Section 42 (COM) and a Certified Apartment Manager – National Apartment Association (CAM). Ms. Kline also served in the United States Air Force for 6 years.
