She overwhelmed me in a positive way with her sincerity to my issue and before I could finish a project at work she called me back to tell me that she had an exterminator on the way to my place and wanted to know if it was okay that they enter. THEN to top it off she contacts me to follow up on the situation to see if I need anything else and hoping my "friends" had moved out.
