Stillwater is rich in history and claims to be the birthplace of Minnesota. A dynamic, growing community nestled into the bluffs of the St. Croix River, one of America’s protected Wild and Scenic Waterways. Though known for the small town flavor, culture, history, and shops, it is just a short distance to Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Located just 20 miles east of downtown St. Paul, our family-oriented community offers the advantages and conveniences of living near the Twin Cities metropolitan area plus the peacefulness and safety of small town Minnesota. Excellent schools and a wide variety of recreational opportunities add to the high quality of life here in the St. Croix Valley. We are located in a quaint Rivertown, approximately two blocks from the St. Croix River and next to the historic Lowell Inn Restaurant and Inn.

Rivertown Commons are with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, the public library, the post office, drugstore and many churches. The well known Lakeview Hospital is 5 miles from the building and many good clinics are within that same range.

Many fast food restaurants, Target, Wal-Mart, Cub Foods, Kohl’s, Pier 1, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Herbergers and more are within 6 miles of the building. Cruise on the beautiful St. Croix River and enjoy a lunch or dinner, listen to music, visit an art gallery, jewelry store, Stillwater offers something for everyone. Rivertown Commons and Stillwater are a great place to call home. Rivertown Commons overlooks the St. Croix River and offers a majestic view of both the river and the picturesque town.
