Main Street Village was constructed and opened in Downtown New Brighton in 2003 as a luxury rental building. During the very successful lease-up the staff got so many requests from visitors to buy the individual units that the owners decided to convert the building to for-sale condominiums. This interest was due to the fact that the building and the individual homes have very unique design elements and a fantastic location 10 minutes from Minneapolis or St. Paul.
