The City of New Richmond is located in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, approximately 40 miles east of the St. Paul/Minneapolis Metro Area. Our beautiful city has a rich background with so much to offer and since placing in a 1930 national beautification contest our city of New Richmond has been nicknamed “The City Beautiful”.

We are very proud of our “Main Street”- the window of our community. It provides an excellent setting for financial and professional services, shops and specialty stores. Work may have built the city but it is play and leisure that gives it life.
 
It is a golfer’s delight with three nearby courses to choose from: Pine Meadows, Bristol Ridge and the New Richmond Golf Club that features an 18-hole championship course and a nine-hole reversible links course.
 
If it is culture you are after you will find it here. The New Richmond Heritage Center showcases an 1884 farmhouse as well as eight other historic buildings. The center is open all year for tours and sponsors a summer flea market and farmer’s markets on the grounds. Theater-goers love the historic art deco Old Gem Theater that offers both children and adult productions throughout the year. Other theater and music groups also perform seasonally.
 
Restaurants and shopping are available downtown as well as a small performance theater for enjoyment of local entertainment. The nationally recognized Cedar Lake Speedway has one of the top clay tracks in national stock car racing and draws thousands of fans, April through September.

Fishing is a breeze at the scenic Star Prairie Trout Farm. Enjoy the day with friends and family fishing. Winter sport lovers find plenty to do from the indoor hockey arena to ice fishing to snowmobile trails. City Beautiful it is, in setting, in character, and quality of life!

Deer Path Apartments is located in the heart of New Richmond, approximately 14 miles from Interstate 94. Schools and Parks are within walking distance and the New Richmond Heritage Center is a nearby point of interest for visitors and residents of our community. Fitness and fun are also within walking distance – we are just down the way from the new YMCA.
